As many of you know, for nearly 30 years we have been working hard to earn your business with great products and excellent customer service. We believe our team of technicians and support staff is the best in the business.In 2003, I bought out my business partner when he retired. Since then I’ve had the good fortune to acquire additional plumbing, heating and air conditioning businesses and hire some of their exceptional, experienced personnel.
As our company grew, we had several different names with one thing in common – our extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction. As we look forward to our next 30 years in business here in San Diego, we decided it was time to combine all of the companies under one name – Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air.
So if you’ve come to know us as Walter Anderson Plumbing, Anderson One Hour Heating and Air, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing or Air Best, know that we are still the same ownership and the same great team with just one name.

How many people stop to think what happens to the 2-3 gallons of water that run down the drain while they wait for hot water? In an average household this accounts for thousands of gallons of wasted water every year. With rapidly expanding communities and an economy to match, consumers are not only looking to conserve water, but are also in search of improvements providing comfort and convenience.
We, in California are being gouged by the power companies, by the out-of-state generators of power, by the "grid" or even by the state government whose deregulation was seriously flawed. Regardless of how you feel or how much of an expert you are on the crisis in California, we all agree the financial impact to us all is crucial.
